How many people are allowed?

Our venue can accomodate 80-100 seated guests with space for dancing

60-75 guests with a dance floor

What's required to book an event?

To reserve your date, B Social Events requires a 50% non-refundable retainer deposit of the rental fee along with a signed contract and valid state ID. 

All events booked within 30 days are required to be paid in full.

Can I bring my own food?

YES! And we allow you to bring in outside catering, and they will have full access to our kitchenette to prep and/or store food. There's absolutely no cooking on the premises. This includes but not limited to air fryers, deep fryers and griddles.

Can I serve alcohol?

Yes, B Social Events allows alcohol to be served at your event by a certified insured bartender. We also require that guests who plan to consume alcohol are 21 years of age or older with valid ID.

Cash bar is allowed for specific events. The necessary permits and licenses required by NY state government have to be obtained by the venue for an additional fee.

Can I bring my own rentals, planner / decorator?

Absolutely! We require that all rentals are delivered and picked-up the same day of your event, unless approved by the venue. We would be happy to make recommendations from a preferred vendors and referral list.

Are there rules for decor?

We do not allow glitter, confetti, open flame candles or items attached to the walls that can cause damage. 

Can I bring my own DJ?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own DJ.  

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

ALL payments, with the exception of the security deposit, are non-refundable under any circumstances including cancellations by the client. You will have the opportunity to reschedule for a fee of $150.

Who's responsible for cleaning?

The client is responsible for cleaning the venue and returning it in the same condition it was handed to them unless the cleaning fee is included in the package
